Sprout Salons Re-Opened May 8th!

Please read our guidelines for appointments in salon:

Please arrive at your time of service.

Early arrival will not be possible for social distancing guidelines. Please text your stylist from your car when you arrive. Please wait until you receive a text to enter the salon.

All Guests and Stylists will have temperature taken with a “no touch” thermometer.

Temperature of 100 or higher will be rescheduled or return home. Returning to the salon will only be permitted if fever and/or symptoms of Covid-19 have stopped for 14 days.

All guests must complete a verbal Health Declaration before receiving services.

If you are feeling unwell or have a fever please contact your stylist to reschedule. If you arrive to salon with symptoms or a fever you will be charged for your services and rescheduled.

We will have hand sanitizer available in several locations.

Please use when you enter the salon. Ask one of our team if you have trouble locating one.

No children or friends can accompany you to your service.

Your stylist will be disinfecting all multi purposes tools, chair, and station between each client.

Please wait to be invited into their space.

All single use equipment will be replaced for each guest.

Towels and capes are cleaned and disinfected according to our regulations by TDLR.

Your stylist will be wearing a mask.

Guests are required to wear a mask that loops behind the ears. Disposable masks are available in limited supply for $10 if you do not have one.

All appointments must be paid for by a credit card on file for a touchless checkout.

A card on file is required to book an appointment. We will not charge the card unless the appointment is no-showed or cancelled with less than 24 hour notice. We cannot accept cash at this time.

Your stylist will contact you to confirm your appointment the day before your scheduled service.

We can reserve your hair care purchases at that time. Your products will be sanitized and placed in your shopping bag so that you are able to check out with no contact.

Please maintain 6 ft distance between persons except when a stylist is servicing a guest.
